What are viruses?

Causes?

Normally viruses are downloaded, often they can be hidden in files such as music, movies or downloaded software. Often you have to agree to install something but its a program that you think is genuine or needed at the time. You can get some viruses just from going onto a web page and these day the web pages can look very innocent. It is hard to avoid and happens to all computer users at some point (even very experienced ones).

How long will the replacement or repair take?

Depending on what time the repair is booked and the machine is picked up, normally a virus removal service will done in a day and the machine will be delivered back to you the next day.
