What does non responsive laptop mean?

this is when you press your power button and you get no response from  the machine at all.

Symptoms?

No lights, no response to the power button.

you may have a charging light but nothing else from the laptop.

Often this is due to a failing DC Jack (Charging point) but can also be something worse such as a short in the motherboard meaning the laptop wont start as it is protecting itself.

Diagnosis is normally done on the same day depending on when you book your repair and when its collected. The required repair will normally be done the next day or completed the same day as any new parts arrive.
